      Before your trial ends, we will send you an email letting you know and giving you the option to select one of our plans if you would like to continue with Scanotel.

    • Are there be any cancellation fees?

      Nope, you will not be charged any fees for cancelling your account with us.

    • Am I tied into any contracts with Scanotel?

      No, all Scanotel subscriptions are on a rolling basis to give you complete control over your subscription. You can switch plans or cancel at any time.

    • Do I need any hardware?

      No. This is a fully digital solution, we do not send anything to your hotel and you do not need to purchase anything to make this work.

    • How long does it take to setup?

      Absolutely. each hotel is assigned a single number which all of the team members use.
